Our PDLC film workshop is a dust-free constant temperature workshop. Making a smart film requires the following steps: cutting, making busbar, baking, welding busbar wires, power-on testing, packaging and sealing. For cutting, we use a hydraulic film cutting machine, which is operated by two people to ensure accurate size; the formula of silver paste used for making electrodes is our own research and development, which perfectly matches our smart film; the baking step evaporates the moisture in the film, which greatly reduces short circut happens during the use of the film. At film test step, we will conduct a high-voltage breakdown test for each film, and test it with 75V for 2 hours to ensure that each film will work well; then final package and seal.
Our packaged carton uses thickened and cardboard box materials, stable internal support and have plenty shock-proof materials. The size of the carton is the best size for us to ensure the safety of intelligent film transportation and the optimal settlement of express charges after years of experience in export packaging.
