The Westglass Non-Self-Adhesive Laminated Smart Dimming Film is a high-performance interlayer material designed for dimming glass manufacturing, leveraging Polymer-Dispersed Liquid Crystal (PDLC) technology. Core layers of liquid crystal molecules mixed with polymers are sandwiched between two conductive films, compounded with glass via high-temperature and high-pressure lamination. Encapsulated between double glass panes, it enables instantaneous switching between a clear state (light transmittance ≥83%) and a frosted state (haze ≥95%). As the core functional layer for dimming glass, it integrates smart dimming, explosion-proof safety, efficient thermal insulation, noise reduction, and long-term durability, suitable for architectural curtain walls, EV sunroofs, medical partitions, and more.
